Final admission decisions are made solely by the universities.
2. Your Responsibilities

3. Fees and Payments
Service fees (if any) will be clearly communicated before you proceed. We offer a money-back guarantee: if we are unable to secure you a place at a university, you will receive a full refund of the service fees you paid, subject to the conditions set out in your service agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Search Solutions is not liable for: • University admission decisions • Visa refusals • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid us.
